I say it is a poker game - that “cooling tower” looked to be about 15 feet tall, like a toy. North Korea is not a big threat, never was.

Kim Jung Il’s (forgive the misspelling) favorite singer is Elvis!! This pathetic little man would be annihilated if he dared NOT to dismantle his nuclear program. His people are starving, he is surrounded by water and South Korea. Although he is a bit loony, he best listen to the rest of the world.
so what if the cooling tower is actually real and the genuine thing? they could just build another one that they don’t find. its not like the americans could investigate all the land. there are plenty of places in NK that us don’t know about.

North Korea has also agreed to UN inspections and full compliance with UN mandates. That is something Saddam Hussein refused to do. And we all know what the UN did to him.
